professional team convenient location clean bedroom
I loved the professional front desk team! the location was convenient, really close to popular spots. the housekeeping team was awesome. The room was cleaned every day!!!

The staff helped me a lot during check-in! andreas, the porter, assisted with the bags to my room, his friendliness stood out. the room was clean. The cleaning staff changed towels and emptied bins without being asked. there was tea and coffee in the room. a safe, fridge, ironing board, and a big flat screen tv.
i noticed the elevators got quite busy. sometimes, i waited longer than i liked to get one to my floor

mediocre stay with some issues
water temperature poor food
the shower was a problem. the water temperature fluctuated drastically from scalding hot to freezing cold . the breakfast setup was also disappointing. the quality of the food was subpar and there wasn't enough variety , .

The breakfast was acceptable and offered a reasonable selection of items. (I ate scrambled eggs and bacon.)
The room was smaller than expected. There was limited space to move around, especially with luggage. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It made it hard to sleep soundly.

the staff was generally friendly. they answered my questions. the location was also convenient for seeing attractions.
My room felt quite small. space was limited. the elevators were also slow. I sometimes waited longer than i liked.

helpful staff great location pleasant employee
the staff was helpful with my requests. employees were pleasant. the hotel held our belongings after checkout, so i could have lunch. the hotel is in a good location , and it was easy to get around.
the air conditioning was not set low enough, but they provided a fan.
